Let your property before Christmas

It’s back! haart's ‘No Rent Event’ is giving landlords the opportunity to let their properties before the Christmas period to avoid a potentially unlet property over the expensive winter months.

The ‘No Rent Event’ is an annual event designed to create maximum impact by offering hundreds of properties with a 'rent free' period to prospective tenants.

By simply agreeing to provide a short-term ‘Rent Free’ period to prospective tenants, [brand] can advertise your property as part of our yearly event in order to get your property let faster.

To find out how you can benefit from the event, get in contact with your local branch team.

The No Rent Event is a campaign designed to prevent your property being empty during the traditionally quieter rental periods.

Between now and 31st December.

The No Rent Event occurs when the rental market is quieter than normal. Offering tenants a rent free period will help to generate more interest in your property. You have complete control over the time your property is marketed in this way and of course, any offers have to be acceptable to you.

We would suggest anywhere between 1-4 weeks. We tend to find that a period of 2 weeks 'no rent' works well in attracting new tenants, but it can be more or less if you wish.

Yes, but only when during the 'rent free' period. After that, you will receive rent as normal.

This campaign will be advertised heavily; both online and offline, and our branch teams will be working hard to reach as many potential tenants as they can to promote it.

Your property will be advertised with the agreed 'rent free' period both online and offline, via our website, local branches, social media and on major UK property portals like Rightmove and OnTheMarket.

Just speak to your local branch team. They will be happy to help.

No, you can promote as many properties as you like this way.

Any property that is available to rent can be involved in the event.

You will receive marketing advice from your branch team, and can choose to continue with this benefit to tenants to make your property more attractive, if you wish.

You will get regular marketing advice and feedback on viewings throughout the event.

Simply ask your local branch team to talk to you about the event. They will be happy to answer any questions that you have.
