We know Grays
Grays is the largest town in the Thurrock area and is controlled by Thurrock Borough Council; it has a population of in excess of 40,000. Grays is the largest town in the Thurrock area, some 20 miles east of London. It’s just two miles from the Dartford Tunnel, and has great connections to the A13, the main road into London, and a train service links through to central London in 35 minutes.
Its location is close to the popular shopping facilities of Lakeside and Bluewater and is well served by schools.
On the edge of the Thames Estuary, Grays offers some fantastic natural scenery and areas to explore. In fact, there are two nature reserves on the doorstep: Grays Chalk Quarry and Chafford Gorges.
